QUESTION POSED ON: 01 March 2005
I seem to be having problems trying to find the policies that enable specific groups with the ability to right click. Also, which part of Group Policy overrides the other user or computer configuration?

EXPERT RESPONSE
There is no way to enable only specific groups to right click. I am not sure what you mean by "overrides the other user or computer configuration." If you mean to ask if a computer and user GPO is in conflict with the user or computer setting, then in most cases the computer setting will take precedence. If, however, you mean what happens when there are multiple GPOs, then if multiple GPOs apply to a computer or user, then settings from each GPO may apply. If there are conflicts (one GPO says one thing and another says differently) then the last GPO applied will win, unless the GPO blocking or enforcing options have been set.
