QUESTION POSED ON: 01 July 2005
I own an Internet cafe in our town and I need some help: How can I block installation from the Internet (there are a lot of user downloads) and install it from the PC?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
If you are running Windows XP, you can during business hours operate under a user account that's a member of the Users group, not Power Users or Administrators. Members of Users don't have the privileges necessary to install software on a machine.
