QUESTION POSED ON: 11 February 2008
How do I know if a Group Policy Object is preventing me from scanning my corporate Windows VPN?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
If it is not already there, then you should add the IP address of a WINS and/or DNS server, which is located on your corporate network, into the TCP/IP properties of the workstation network card to which the VPN is bound. Also, check whether your VPN permits broadcast traffic.
